A crisp, floral wine with notes of honeysuckle and orchard fruits and an earthy minerality. Enjoy now or cellar for 2-3 years.
Nose shows notes of fresh cut grass, pineapple, and white flowers. Burst of sweet fruit, followed by limey minerality on the palate. Plenty of bright acidity and freshness in it's youth. Drink young or cellar for 7+ years.
Pale lemon in colour. Intense aromas of snow-pea, passionfruit with underlying vanillin oak. The palate is fresh and zippy with flavours of citrus and apple and a lick of spice from the French oak. A wonderfully complete wine with super texture and flavour that lingers and finishes long. Enjoy now or cellar for two to three years.
