Pale lemon in colour. Intense aromas of snow-pea, passionfruit with underlying vanillin oak. The palate is fresh and zippy with flavours of citrus and apple and a lick of spice from the French oak. A wonderfully complete wine with super texture and flavour that lingers and finishes long. Enjoy now or cellar for two to three years.
