Pale lemon in colour. Intense aromas of snow-pea, passionfruit with underlying vanillin oak. The palate is fresh and zippy with flavours of citrus and apple and a lick of spice from the French oak. A wonderfully complete wine with super texture and flavour that lingers and finishes long. Enjoy now or cellar for two to three years.
Intense guava and fresh snowpea aromas bursting out of the glass. Similarly intense vibrant palate. Mouth watering guava and passion fruit flavours , very fine tight acidity and great minerality. Long crisp finish.
